| What is the D2D Mentoring Program?
The D2D Mentoring Program is:
- Directors supporting each other through the mentoring process as pairs/partners, then through regional conversation cafés, and provincially at annual forums and retreats
- Sharing ideas and experiences with those who best understand the work of a director
- Expanding Your Role As a Visionary Director
The D2D Mentoring Program identifies and promotes best practices which develop directors as reflective practitioners. Through the lens of shared leadership, directors pair up with a mentoring partner and through a community of practice, join a regional conversation café.
The D2D Mentoring Program is committed to providing continued professional learning opportunities for Directors of licensed NB ELCC Centres, Community Day Care Homes, and School-Age Care Programs. |
