InclusionAn Inclusion Training Guide for Early Childhood Educators EACH CHILD MATTERS is a professional learning program that offers inclusion knowledge, information and strategies to all those who work with very young children. This bilingual program was developed by the New Brunswick Association for Community Living (NBACL) out of the needs expressed by early childhood directors and educators who wanted to build their capacity and strategies for including all children in their programs. They wanted to view all children as valuable contributors to their development and find methods for having them fully participate in the curriculum being offered. EACH CHILD MATTERS is an interactive 10 module program that is being delivered regionally by newly trained ECCENB facilitators. EACH CHILD MATTERS is delivered over 2 weekends for a total of 24 hours and provides a vehicle for all who participate in it to become "Champions for Inclusion". Registrants must be available to attend all components to be awarded a Certificate of Participation . Priority will be given to those educators and directors who register to attend both weekends.
